Hello!

I finally finished another oil painting! This guy has been floating around my room for about a year now, I finally just sat down and finished him in my spare time! Pretty happy with how he turned out, still not too sure about the blue in the background. I am willing to sell some prints if there is any interest, same with anything else on this blog.

I went to the zoo again recently and took a ton of photos. I will try to submit them soon, but homework has been suffocating me recently!

Scarlet in the Snow

Hey everyone! wow alot of people visit my blog! I wasn't aware of that! haha HI EVERYONE!!!! Glad I'm not just talking to myself out here in cyberspace!
This is another fairly recent painting. Another Oil on Canvas, and I had alot of fun with this one. I don't know why snow is so much fun to paint!! The picture is a photo that my Aunt took, and I kinda freaked out at her cause I wanted to paint it so bad! I hope you enjoy it!

My Fair Lady {duck}

Hey y'all!
This is my latest painting and I finally got around to taking a photo of it! YAY! This is a female mallard duck and yet another oil on canvas! I hope to put it in a contest in October, and hopefully get first place, which is $1000 :D That would be awesome! But we'll see!
It is soo hot today, I have Sears catalogues I need to deliver but it is so hot I don't want to! I have till tuesday to deliver them, so I don't know when I will do it!
I got a beautiful rose bush today! it's a pale purple colour and just SCREAMS fairytale! I couldn't have left it at the garden center! It is sooo pretty! I will take some photos and maybe upload them! Have a nice day!

Appearently more people look at this blog then I originally thought! So thanks everyone!
This painting is another Oil on Canvas, it is on the same wall as the owl from last time. I did this painting a couple years ago. I love painting wolves! they are so fuzzy! Snow is fun too!
I finally got around to taking some photos of my new paintings. So I will try to get them on here soon! Don't hold your breath though!

Hey! long time no update again. I have a cold at the moment, along with most of my family. So that's not much fun.
This painting is in our kitchen. It's another Oil on canvas. Obviously it is an owl, and I had fun doing it.

Elk Sighting

Hey everyone!
Man I am soooooo bad at this!!! Sorry for the lack of updates! I always forget to!
This is another Oil painting, of an elk. I took the photo in Banff National Park last year. So yeah it's yet another oil on canvas. I love using oil paints, they blend really nice and the colours are wonderful!
I have a job interview this afternoon so I hope I get it. Although I did get paid for a mural recently...$850 will help towards tuition nicely!
